| BATCH TRAY DRYER AND OVENS
Tray Dryer
Convenient and economical for small quantities, different
products, or for test and development work. Material
to be dried, spread on trays and directly loaded into
the dryer, usually holding 10 or 20 trays.
For larger quantities the trays are first loaded onto
trolleys holding 40 or 60 trays which are in turn positioned
in the drying oven. Standard capacities are 1, 2, 4
and 8 trucks.
Drying is by convection with recirculation of hot air
across the tray, using steam, electric or gas as the
heat source.

Drum Warming Ovens A special adaptation
on the dryer can be utilised for the melting of solid
waxes or resins stored in drums. Drums normally stored
on pallets and loaded by fork-lift into the oven.
Capacity, method of heating, materials of construction,
will be according to application.

Industrial Ovens suitable for batch processing
of components at temperatures ranging from
50 to 500 °C. Designed to suit the application,
with large double opening doors at one or both ends
with choice of steam, electric or gas heating.
Applications include: drying; conditioning; curing;
heat treatment; stoving; baking.
